Fort Hood Article 32 hearing for US vs SFC McQueen delayed

FORT HOOD, Texas -- A defense counsel request for a delay of the Article 32 hearing in U.S. vs. Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen has been approved.

The special court-martial convening authority approved the request for delay until June 3.

As with all criminal investigations and proceedings, the accused is considered to be innocent unless or until proven guilty.
