TEAM MAKE UP
- Each team will consist of 16 players, 4 of which will be females.
- IOT allow an even playing field, all teams will have a minimum of 2 females on the field at all times.
RULES AND SCORING
- All rules will be IAW Amateur Softball Association (ASA) rules. The Official 2012 ASA rules can be found at the following link: http://www.asasoftball.com/about/asa_code.asp.
- Only team managers will speak to the umpires.
- All grievances will be addressed on the field as they may occur before the end of the game. To avoid any issues that may arise umpires will have the last word. Brackets and Game times.
- Brackets are divided by 18 teams, single elimination.
UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT
- Uniforms: Army Physical Fitness Uniform (Unit t-shirts are authorized).
- Equipment: Units will provide their own softball equipment to include balls, bats, cleats and protective equipment IAW with ASA Softball rules and local Fort Hood supplemental Rules. No metal cleats will be allowed.
