BAGRAM, Afghanistan –Commanders from across Regional Command—East, to include Gen. David Petraeus, commander, International Security Assistance Force, welcomed Maj. Gen. Dan Allyn as he took command of RC-East May19. 

In a Transfer of Authority ceremony, Allyn and CSM Isaia Vimoto, uncased the Combined Joint Task Force-1 colors, signifying the change in leadership from CJTF-101, commanded by Maj. Gen. John Campbell, 101st Airborne Division, to “America’s First Team”.
